You will speak to a member of our team who will log your accident and the details. The claim is then sent to our legal partners, Winns Solicitors, who will assess and claim liability for your accident.
Once this has been confirmed, we will arrange a replacement vehicle for your commercial vehicle. We ensure that we will supply you with a vehicle which is like-for-like, so you can go about your normal duties without losing out on work.
Your commercial vehicle will be taken for repairs. Azumo Assist has a network of authorised body shops who will carry out the repairs on your commercial vehicle to restore it back to working order.
Throughout the duration of your claim, we will keep you updated on the progress of your repair through our client portal.
