Our legal team will log your claim, take your details and confirm liability. Once the liability has been confirmed as non fault for you, the claim will be accepted.
Azumo Assist is flexible. You can either drop your fleet vehicle off at a trusted body shop of our referral, or we can collect your car for you for repairs.
While your vehicle is being repaired, we will provide you with a like-for-like replacement vehicle to keep your life and your business moving. We will keep you up to date with the repair of your fleet vehicle through our customer portal.
You will have a point of contact throughout the duration of your claim. We are partnered with ‘Wins Solicitors’ who will fully manage your claim without any up-front costs or excess to pay.
This process will be of no cost to you. We mean it, no hidden fees. It will not affect your no claims bonus also.
